I am trying to print my Windows Address Book in the "memo" style so that all
the information prints. Most of it prints, but not the personal information such as spouses, children, etc. I need this information also. How do I get Windows Address Book to print this info also? -- Thanks, Caerwyn |

Have you tried exporting it as a CSV (Text) file? The following fields
will export/import using that method and it uses a lot less paper to print out: First Name,Last Name,Middle Name,Name,Nickname,E-mail Address,Home Street,Home City,Home Postal Code,Home State,Home Country/Region,Home Phone,Home Fax,Mobile Phone,Personal Web Page,Business Street,Business City,Business Postal Code,Business State,Business Country/Region,Business Web Page,Business Phone,Business Fax,Pager,Company,Job Title,Department,Office Location,Notes But, even using that format I'm not sure you can print a listing that will satisfy your requirements. -- Jim Pickering MVP-Outlook Express/Windows Mail Please reply to newsgroup only so that others may be helped with your feedback. Hello. Thanks for your comments. I double checked and I am using Outlook
Express 6.0. I have entered information into the address book, which created ..wab files. I am trying to print a paper copy with all the data. Jim, I sure hate to have to export every time I need to print. The "memo" style says it will print all the data, so how do I coax it to do that? -- Thanks, Caerwyn "Caerwyn" wrote: I am trying to print my Windows Address Book in the "memo" style so that all the information prints.
