Can anyone help me...

I've set up a rule that automatically replies to emails, containing specific
words in the body, with a saved email (*eml) containing an attachment.

However when i test it by sending an email from my hotmail account the reply
i get is blank and the attachment does not download properly or sometimes at
all.

Please help!!

Follow the instructions at the link below. If this is directed at spam, you
are making a big mistake. The addresses they use are fake, so your reply
will be bouncing around ISPs and you will get a continuous flow of
undeliverable messages from the postmaster.

this didn't help. I'm trying to set up automated delivery of ebooks yet
everytime i test it the delivery doesn't work. Is it because i am attaching a
file?

Tell me how the rule is set up and I'll try to re-create it.

When you reply with a EML file, the EML file becomes an attachment to
the reply. Nothing gets put in the body of the reply message. The
recipient will have to open the EML attachment and then open the
attachment within the EML attachment in order to get the real one.

I don't know how well Hotmail handles EML attachments.
