I'm trying to filter out at least some of the SPAM I get but some of the rules don't seem to be working. There are two names receiving mail. One is Bill and one is Jane. First Rule: All mail addressed to Bill is sent to folder "Bill" if from people in the Address Book. Second Rule: All mail addressed to Bill not from people in the Address Book is sent to "JUNK" folder. Third Rule: All mail addressed to Jane from people in the Address Book is allowed to go to the Inbox. Fourth Rule: All mail addressed to Jane not from people in address book is sent to "JUNK" folder. This rule works on about 80% of the mail sent to Bill but the other 20% of the mail for Bill goes to the regular inbox (where Jane gets her mail). I've tried to look at the Headers of the mail that is for Bill to see if there is any difference in the ones that go to Bill's folder and the ones that go to the Inbox but do not see anything different in them. Does anyone have any ideas or maybe a better set of Rules for filtering out SPAM. Thanks, Mac |
