but when i send less then 10mb its appear in sent item

does the recipient receive this 10MB message?

Very few email systems will accept an email larger than 10MBytes. In
fact, the only one I know of is Yahoo! Mail, with a 25MB limit. Comcast,
GMail, and most others have a 10MB limit. Send anything larger than the
limit, and it won't be accepted.

I ran up against the 7 MB limit of Outlook Express myself and had the need
for weekly attachments of 10-15 MB. One of MVPs on this NG suggested a
couple of web sites that might meet my need-- he was right on!

I'm currently using DropLoad.com and it's working like a charm!. It's free
and you upload your attachment to the website, insert the recipient's
address. Then the recipient is notified by e-mail of the waiting attachment
to download it. When it arrives at its destination, you receive an e-mail
notification to this effect. The second website, from my examination, is
probably even better. DropLoad.com is fairly simple in design, but has no
flexibility in the way of options.

Outlook Express does NOT have a 7 MB limit. That limit is from your ISP.

I stand corrected and thank you -- it is Road Runner that imposes this.
Which means, I suppose, that my post may not be applicable or helpful to the
OP's problem at all. I was so impressed by the help I received, just wanted
to share it. My lack of knowledge about OE is vast and improving very
slowly.
