I have four different accounts, when I click on Send/Receive button I want
Outlook Express 6 to download my emails in this order - Major - Auct - Brothers - Gmail. Now OE uses this order: Brother - Gmail - Major - Auct. I have the accounts named A-xxx B-yyy C-zzz D-vvv In the past this work great, but now it quit working in the right order. Is there any thing I can do to get the order back to correct order? Would re-install OE help with this problem? |

I've never seen any method work for getting OE to download in a particular order so reinstalling would be pointless especially since it's just the Internet Accounts Manager subkey involved. |

I found a work around, Open tools, Accounts. If the Connection is not using
Local Area Network then highlight the account, click on properties, connection tab. Click on check box "Always connect to this account using" and choose your connection type, in my case Local Area Network. Press OK until you closed the account box. To make OE to download in order -- just name your accounts with A -- xxx, B -- zzz, C -- yyy, and D -- vvvv. Now OE will download your accounts in this order. I think you'll find this worked for a bit and then it will be in a
non-sensical order again. steve "JeReese" wrote in message ... I found a work around, Open tools, Accounts.
