OE not fully loading
My OE is only loading 87 percent. Would this be a registry problem or
missing identity? Is more information needed? I can access my email from web mail, but need to get to my old emails. Does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks!

Try deleting folders.dbx (hidden). See www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#7
