OE opens by itself and won't stay closed!
OE has developed a mind of it's own: it open's immediately upon start up. If
I shut it down...it immediately (within 30-45 seconds) re-opens. While typing a message it will freeze the cursor disappears until I reclick. Please HELP! Thanks, Paul
