error msg's'
OE, WinXp(home), AVG anti-virus, ZoneAlarm Pro and XP firewall. All
updated.... Started yesterday. Trying to check e-mail on one account and get different error msg.(time out and then) 0x800ccc19 & 0x800ccc90 & 0x800cccoe... I have 3 e-mail accounts and 2 are working fine. Is this a "possible" problem on my end or ISP? I don't want to start making a bunch of setting changes if not needed. Worked fine for 3+ years.
