Hello,
Both PCs are HP pavilion with Windows XP media center 2002 SP2, Norton internet security 2005 is also present, and I am using Bellsouth as my DSL provider. The setup: Two PCs have the same account information in Outlook express because I am leaving the messages on the server so both PCs can access the same mails. I can sent and receive mails from both PCs, at random, some messages are not being received in Outlook and there is no visible error messages. When I log in to the Bellsouth web mail server I see mails on their web server which Outlook should have automatically downloaded but did not, however as soon as I notice their existence on the web server they are immediately acquired by Outlook without any action of mine. I contacted Bellsouth but they couldn't help me. Your help would be greatly appreciated for I do not understand the root cause of the issue. Thank you |
