Default OE Removed Access

I just tried to send an e-mail with an attachment that OE has evidently
censored and says it has removed Access to. (I sent one to myself, of
course.) How do I work around this? Why did it happen? Can someone help
me... I can go back and re-send it from scratch copying the attachment data
into the e-mail, but that makes for a long e-mail. What's up? Is this a
result of our new "security?"
