Default New mail header question

I have worked on several computers that use Outlook Express and they show a "From" line in NEW
MESSAGES that give the persons name. However not all setups have this header line. Mine does not.
Not a big deal, but what feature, or options triggers that extra header line?

You will only see that if you have more that one email account.

Thanks to Ron and Frank. I suspected something like that, but had not experimented.
