Thanks for comments, have checked and regional show correct for UK,on
advance tab it did show English United states though.
The date problem is showing on the "receipt" for email I have sent
out.Could this be error on other persons computer,or would it be corrected
before it is displayed on my PC ??

Default Date format

If other dates are showing in the desired format (e.g. Received date in
the list of messages), then it's likely that OE isn't doing any
conversion on the read receipts and shows whatever the sending program
sent.
