Default can't receive mail for identity

This is rather complicated. I have three identities set up in outlook
express on my laptop. ) All three
come from the same exchange server. All 3 are associated on the server with
the same person. Until last week, I had no problems switching identies and
seeing the mail. Then the exchange server had problems. Now only the main
identity sees its mail. If I switch identities, say to grades, it opens "me"
emails but not its own. If I send from grades, it sends correctly. If I go
out to web mail, I everything works perfectly. If I set up one of the
accounts on another machine without sharing identities, it works. Does
anyone know a fix for my problem????? va

Are you using POP3 access? If so, you may need Tools, Accounts, Mail,
Properties, Servers, Advanced, Leave a Copy on Server for all accounts.

If you still have problems, you may want to try recording a pop3.log
which will show more details about incoming mail.

To create an POP3.log In OE5+, go to Tools, Options, Maintenance,
Troubleshooting and check the Mail box.
You may need to close OE after doing the send/receive for the log to get
written to disk.
The log will be in the Store Folder which is listed in Tools, Options,
Maintenance, Store Folder.
