Default Problem with XP limited user accounts

I have been trying to set up users on XP. However when I change the account
to a limited user, the user is unable to access the address book or create
mail. Has anybody encountered this problem or know how to rectify it.
Also, the address book created seems to be a common address book when all
users are given full access
This is the second brand new computer in the past month I have had with this
problem. They exchanged the first as they could not fix it and assumed either
XP or OE was currupt.

Thanks

The address book location for each user is specified under this registry
key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\WAB\WAB4\Wab File Name

So you can change that if you want to some other location. You could
probably specify an non-existent wab file name there and OE might create it.
