Thanks for the headup Michael. I'll check with Task Mgr next time I
shut down. That can take a while depending on the number and sizes. You might also use the Task Manager (Ctrl/Alt/Delete) after closing OE to see if the MSIMN.EXE is going away or how long it takes.
