Default OE Tools

I downloaded and installed the OE tools bit, and am having trouble keeping
it visible. Thought I messed up the install at first, so deleted it and
redownloaded and it seemed to work. Until the next time I rebooted. Now I
can't seem to get it to show. Any suggestions?

Thanks
Pamela

You're referring to http://www.oehelp.com/OETool/Default.aspx? Have you
read the Known Issues section on that page?

If it is indeed OETool:

Left click on the OETool icon on your Desktop and hold the mouse button
down. Drag it to Start, then Programs, and then Startup. Drop it off in
there and reboot. OETool should show when you open OE, although it may take
a few seconds. In: View | Layout, make sure the Views Bar is checked.

There is no installation program. The entire program is that file. Make
sure the Views bar is shown as indicated in the screenshot on the website.
