Default Help!new system failing

Have just had an upgrade done. Installed XP Home OEM, but it keeps shutting
itself down. It eventually goes into 'safe mode' after several tries, then
tells me to press DEL to enter setup. It then tells me to press F10 to save
and exit. It is operational for a while and then starts shutting down
again, Can anyone help me with this ?

Did you perform a clean install of Windows? That's the only way to
install Windows from an OEM CD.

Since this has nothing to do with the Outlook Express newsgroup you posted
in, I would suggest you try the XP newsgroup.
