Yes, it was OE Tool. That did the trick.

down. Drag it to start, then Programs, and then Startup. Drop it off in
there and reboot. OETool should show when you open OE, although it may take

I downloaded and installed the OE tools bit, and am having trouble keeping
it visible. Thought I messed up the install at first, so deleted it and
redownloaded and it seemed to work. Until the next time I rebooted. Now I
can't seem to get it to show. Any suggestions?
