This is strange
This post showed up. Is it just one news server, or one MS newsgroup?
In the problem group, View | Current View. Check: Show all messages & Group messages by conversation. -- Bruce Hagen MS-MVP Outlook Express ~IB-CA~ "desgnr" wrote in message ... Is it a different MS group? Or an entirely different news server? Your

This is strange
I think some ISP News Servers delete attachments or even remove messages
with attachments completely. If your messages with attachments are to a Microsoft News Group you can try using their servers, they seem to accept attachments as long as they are less then 100 kb in size. You might try setting up a new account in Outlook Express using one of their servers, msnews.microsoft.com or news.microsoft.com. Posts to MS newsgroups are regulated by total message size (including
attachments). IIRC the max is 100 or perhaps 150KB.
