Default i posted just a moment ago

whenever i go to a sites service department and try to explain a problem i am
having, i can neve post, it always gets lost, or there is an error...
it is like i am not even in control of my computer, i run norton, i also run
webroot spysweeper.....never do they find anything wrong, yet i will be
redirected, my screen will freeze up for 10 sec.'s at a time, or i will just
get booted from things that i am working

Uninstall Norton. See www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3

Also in OE go to Tools | Options | Read and uncheck the option to download
xxx headers at a time so that you see all the messages.
