Batch Blocking Spammers?
You can't do that with OE. That said, using Blocked Senders to block
spammers is basically a waste of time since they are constantly changing their munged address. Message Rules have their limits, but you would have better luck filtering in your mail. I'll take this opportunity to repeat an often-made suggestion: Jealously
guard the e-mail address your ISP gives you and use it for personal communication. For other purposes (e.g. online shopping, registering software) use one or more free email addresses.
