Unable to receive any emails. Can send emails OK
I have set up a new Outlook Express account for a customer. I have configured
everything as per the ISP's instructions. POP3 SMTP etc. I send a test email to my Yahoo account and receive it OK.I then reply, but this does not appear in outlook express. Also if I send emails to that account they never appear. No error messages appear. When I click Send/receive all looks OK connects, authorises etc. checks for mail, but doesn't see any. "no new messages" appears on bottom right hand corner as normal. I am not able to go to the server (Web account) to check emails as the email address is on of those . Any ideas. Thanks David
