error msg 0x800ccc0f

Default error msg 0x800ccc0f

That is the error msg when i open OE. The server and port settings the error
msg shows are wrong, when I go in and change them all is good. I also cannot
get my password to save. I have to do this every time i log off and log back
in. Help!!

Your problem is likely caused by a 3rd party application scanning your mail,
such as an Antivirus or Spam blocker?

Disable the email scanning section of your AV, since it serves no useful
purpose.
This may clear up the PW problem too? Let the group know how you get on.
Please post complete error messages in any replies.
