Outlook Express 6
Can anyone tell me please? How do I go about setting up my customer WAB so that when I send them a general email...I can have: Dear (firstname), How are things going at (company) Regards, Mike |

All you can do with OE's options is to create a template containing what you
want in every message, and add the rest later. Open a New Message window and create the standard greeting you want. Then: File | Save As. Select the *.eml extension, name it and save it to the Desktop. Not something you can do directly with OE.
