Can not open email in Outlook Express 6
The emails download from the ISP, but when i go to open I get an error
message"not configured properly". This just started. Any suggestions?

Almost the same problem on clients machine. I created a new identity, then imported her messages and address book and all was fine again. Then deleted the old identity.
