Default Move To Icon grayed out

Have this icon available within the toolbar after utilizing 'Custom' and
moving it into
the right hand potion 'Current Toolbar Buttons'. But now when attempting to
use it
to move replies from MVP's under the Local Folders heading of O.E. 6.0. the
icon
stays grayed out.

I had been utilizing this when moving MVP replies to the folder in the
recent past.

Anyone assist these old and drybones?
