Default blocking emails

Hi,
Just recently I have been getting span emails advertising 2 separate drug
companies. The emails are from many different sources but always advertising
the same 2 companies. As my email address in outlook express is a private
account that I have only ever used for personal friends and no web sites for
the last 4 years I have remained Spam free until now.
My question is this. Is there a way to block all incoming emails except for
the people are in my address book?
Failing that, is it possible to create a new rule that will have the same
effect? The subject heading from these Spam emails are always different so
Its impossible to block mail with certain words etc..
Many thanks in advice.

Default blocking emails

Message Rule to allow only people in my Address Book.

Tools | Options | Message Rules | Mail | New.

Box 1 - Where the From line contains people {check it}
Box 2 - Delete from server {check it}
Box 3 - Click on the blue words Contains People

Left click on the top address and hold the mouse key down and drag the
cursor to the last address. This will highlight them all. Right click on
them and click on From in the menu that appears.

Now click Options and Choose: Message *does not contain* the people below in
the top Options box, and choose: Message matches any one of the people below
in the bottom Options box.

OK your way out of the new rule.

Now, only addresses you entered will be downloaded. You will not see any
other e-mail.

Don't forget, if you add someone to your Address Book, you will have to add
them to the rule. It will not be added automatically.

Be sure to see these links for more options.

Tools, Messages Rules, Mail, New,
check Where the From line 'contains people'
check Delete it or Delete it from server.
Click on 'contains people'
Click Address Book
Left click on first name, scroll to bottom of names, hold down Shift key,
left click last name, From, OK.
Click Options, change to does not contain, OK.

If you Delete it, add Stop processing more rules.
You could move to folder and not use delete it.
