Default Problems after importing folders

I have imported .dbx folders into Outlook Express 6 but now cannot create any

Default Problems after importing folders

I manually copied the files from one computer and pasted them into the
message store folder on another computer - this worked and the new folders
appeared but now it appears to be locked in some way as I cannot add any more
folders. I can rename.

Well, that's not the way one normally does it. See
