To modify a rule it is easiest to have them listed alphabetically even if on occasion one needs to be moved so that it is processed prior to others. Regards, Art |

In general:
Have all rules that divert mail to folders first. Delete it from server next. All others last. Make sure that every rule, except diverting rules, also have Stop processing more rules checked, unless that option is grayed out.
