Thank you. Yes that is how I do it now but sorting some 50 or 60 rules becomes tedious. To modify a rule it is easiest to have them listed alphabetically even if on occasion one needs to be moved so that it is processed prior to others.

Default Sort Rules

In general:

Have all rules that divert mail to folders first.

Delete it from server next.

All others last.

Make sure that every rule, except diverting rules, also have Stop processing
more rules checked, unless that option is grayed out.

I would get them in the appropriate order, and then rename them if it makes
it easier for you to find them that way.
