I just saw the notice that OE 7 is available for download.
Is it an incremental upgrade, or does it change the whole "look" of Outlook Express? I'm too lazy anymore to re-learn Outlook Express if it is a major change--- :-) Thanks Paul Anton |

That's IE 7 not OE 7. OE is basically dead until the next OS version, which
