Default (0x800c012e, 5) error

Hi,

I'm using Windows XP Home (OEM) and Outlook Express 6.
On my PC there are 4 users active: 2 administrator en 2 limited users.

One of these limited users cannot use Outlook Express (error 0x800C012E,5).
The other limited users can use Outlook Express without any problem.

Note:
When I change the rights of the limited user into administrator the problem
does NOT occur. This is not an acceptable solution for me though.

Please hand me any suggestions.

That suggests that the problem limited user doesn't have Windows XP
access rights to one or more data files or folders. This would most
likely be the Store Folder (Tools, Options, Maintenance Store Folder) or
the Address book WAB (open the address book and look at Help, About
Address Book for its location).

Each Windows logon should have its own OE store folder and WAB file.

How to take ownership of a file or folder in Windows XP
