I will be reformatting for a another problem which I will call HP about.
In the meantime, I have alot of email folders with contents that I don't want to lose. I think I know how to backup the address book even if I had to retype them. The main thing is the "folders" and their contents that I am concerned about. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Carmen |
