For some unknown reason I can't access the majority of my favourites after
having saved the shortcuts. Some of them are OK but only after clicking on
them repeatedly. Any help gratefully appreciated.

1: You are running a very old version of IE/OE. Visit Windows Updates and at
the very least, install the critical updates. Defrag when you're done and
restart your computer.

2: If that doesn't solve your problem:
