Default Cant recieve my email

I have O6 and cannot get my email. Have tried everything. Done virus scans
out the wazoo. I also have IE7 and have had no problems. My husband has an
account on this computer and I can accesss his Outlook with no problem.
Weird. Its not the ISP because I can go to there email site(Cox) and get my
email. Get error messages: szappname: msimn.exe or
Temp\wer5ab9.dir00\msimn.exe.mdnp or Temp\wer5ab9.dir00\appcompat.txt.
Help.

Default Cant recieve my email

My problem is with a temp\wer5ab9.dir00\msimn.exe.mdmp and a
wer5ab9.dir00\appcomat.txt in my temp files. Or that is what the error page
is showing. It is not a .dbx file to my knowledge. Also the directions you
gave are fine but im useing IE7 now and the folders are differant. I just
bought Bug doctor and that couldnt fix problem.

IE7 did not move the OE folders. Did you set Windows Explorer to show
hidden files and folders?
In Start | Search click All files and Folders and then click More advanced
options.
In Windows Explorer click Tools } Folder Options | View | Show hidden files
and folders.

Is this the Web site you went to?

Those are debugging files and not the real cause of your problem.

Crashes in OE usually are caused by corrupted data files in OE.
