Default Filter? / Rules?

Sorry. That won't work. Not to mention they constantly change their

address,
so a From rule is useless as well.

Yeah, I know. It's a tough nut.

I have noticed that they all seem to be using
the same partial X-Mailer string, so I'm gonna experiment
with using nPOP to trash this crap based on that...

but I'll probably wind up dumping stuff I want.

*sigh* Oh, well.

Thunderbird filters that crap very well:

Already been to those sites - but thanks.

I mis-stated my original subject - should have
been "Rules?"

Was wondering about a rule along the lines of
-----------------
IF

Subject = one or the other of the two strings in From

THEN

send message to burn in hell

END IF
------------------

You can't do anything with OE's message rules except to filter in your
mail.

Any way to filter this gawdawful penny stock
crapola that has started jammin' up my Inbox
over the last few days?

You know the one, where From is:

Firstname Lastname

and the Subject is:

Firstname

Can't filter it with the stuff in the message body
(too bad, as they all contain stuff that can be used
to do that) as filtering in the body causes the entire
msg. to be downloaded to the Inbox.

Can't figure out any way to filter based on
From + Subject.

I'm currently getting 60 - 100 a day of this dung.
