Default closing down


Hello,
Can anyone help.................recently I noticed when I hit the turn off
button,as the computer starts to close a window comes up saying ......
vsmon-exe-dll intialization failed because station is closing down.
Another window then quickly flashes on behind that window,then some pip quik
sound and then it closes down anyway. Strange ! So,can anyone help me with
getting rid of this.Thanks.B.

Vsmon.exe is a service that belongs to Zone Alarm, so if it is giving some
problems then it has most likely is the result of some sort of corruption.

I would recommend visiting www.zonelabs.com and downloading the latest Free
version of ZoneAlarm and then completely physically disconnecting from the
Internet so that you can reinstall the program after you've removed it using
Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs. If that fails to fix it, then contact
tech support at Zone Labs.
