Lost Attachment

When I open the e-mail back up what I typed for 2 hours is gone. Is there anyway to retrieve what I typed in? Please help me I do not want to have to type again!! You can't save to an attachment. It's somewhere on your hard drive. Try My Documents for starters or search for the file. Alias
