Default Outlook not responding

Hi all, last week the charger on my laptopp exploded as I was opening outlook
6. Now when I open outlook it goes no further than connecting then it freezes
up completely. I have tried to delete it and reinstall it from control panel,
I have treid to download it hoping that it will overwrite the existing
program but nothing has worked so far. I just am not sure where to go next,
can I delete outlook completely and reinstall, or is there some kind of
repair program I can use? All the repair programs I have found just repair
files not the utility itself. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!
Cheers, Paul

Usually its due to a message store corruption issue. Try deleting
folders.dbx (hidden). See www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#7

Because this is the Outlook Express 6 General room, why would I post a
message about Outlook Express anywhere else?

Why didn't you say it was MS Outlook Express in the subject? "Outlook" is to
"Outlook Express" as "butter" is to "butterfly".

Because your subject says Outlook and not OE.
