Hi all, last week the charger on my laptopp exploded as I was opening outlook
6. Now when I open outlook it goes no further than connecting then it freezes up completely. I have tried to delete it and reinstall it from control panel, I have treid to download it hoping that it will overwrite the existing program but nothing has worked so far. I just am not sure where to go next, can I delete outlook completely and reinstall, or is there some kind of repair program I can use? All the repair programs I have found just repair files not the utility itself. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!! Cheers, Paul |

Usually its due to a message store corruption issue. Try deleting
folders.dbx (hidden). See www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#7 steve "Paul" wrote in message ... Hi all, last week the charger on my laptopp exploded as I was opening outlook 6. Because this is the Outlook Express 6 General room, why would I post a
message about Outlook Express anywhere else? "N. Miller" wrote: On Mon, 20 Nov 2006 02:23:01 -0800, Paul wrote: last week the charger on my laptopp exploded as I was opening outlook 6. Because your subject says Outlook and not OE.
