I'm trying to send email but I can't (error 11001) I am a hotmail user
what server shell i be using ? thank you

For more than two years new Hotmail accounts have not worked using Outlook Express. It would help to know if your account is a legacy account that has been used with OE until now, and the error is a recent development. Also, is your Hotmail account a paid account? Socket Error 11001 Description: The name is not an official host name or alias, or it cannot be found in the databases that are being queried.
