I now have my mail downloading,I never had a "tick" for downloading my
account. Still no further with my other problem but they are checking at the
other end..

Also My incoming mail does not download automatically as it did before

have to just click send/receive and click my default name then it
downloads..

Tools, Accounts, Mail, Properties, General: Is "Include this account when
receiving or synchronizing checked?
