Ever since I set up my new computer I have had to change the default
settings every time I log in after computer has been turned off. I have to go to - Tools| Accounts| Mail| Properties| Servers - and change the Incoming Mail (POP3) from the IP address "xx.xxx.xxx" to the "mail.xxxx.net" if I don't do it, I can't gain access to my emails. Also my "Account Name" needs to be changed from to "name" or I can't get my emails. The Outgoing Server does not change. I copied the setup from my old computer and looked it over several times for any inconsistencies but I can't find any differences. The password does not change, I have tired checking and unchecking every box and still no change. I tried deleting the account and setting up from scratch with no luck. I need help, I'm getting tired of going through this exercise. Thanks in advance, Dan O |
