(Alt-T,n) Then uncheck in its dialog: Get the following items and leave checked: Get messages marked for download Marking a message Watched is equivalent to marking it for download. In fact, any synchronize command would do the same thing, so if you are already using one to get your headers it would download bodies for such marked messages as well. Etc.
