Default Not receiving any mail

Dear sir,

since some days now (most probably) I'm not receiving any mail on one
adress, althoug I do receive mail for my in-box for an other (also mine)
adress?
How to solve this problem?

Default Not receiving any mail

Given the amount of detail you provided, no one has a clue.

At minimum, we need to know what version of Windows you have, what
e-mail program you have and what version of that program, who is the ISP
for your non-working mailbox, whether you see any error messages and the
exact text of the error messages.

Default Not receiving any mail

Send a message to this other address to be sure there's something to
receive.
Is it a POP3, IMAP or HTTP account?
If you click the down arrow next to the Send/Receive icon and just choose
the problem account what happens?
In the account's properties is the box to include the account checked?
