Cannot receive e-mails from one specific person in Fiji Resort. Some of her
e-mails to us just "vanish" others come back to her saying that our Inbox has over 4000 e-mails an is full (not so). It is not a typing problem on her end as she just clicks Reply, composes and clicks Send. I had my ISP (Charter) check my 2 accounts for any existing filters, etc. Nothing on this end to block her specifically. My e-mail works just fine with everyone else. Is there something under Options in OE for her check? I sent her an e-mail asking if she has any filters, firewalls, new software, etc. that may have inserted my e-mail addresses inadvertently. Waiting for a response. Seems weird as this is a Resort Manager that surely uses e-mail extensively for reservations, bookings, etc. I know their Internet Cafe uses Outlook Express so I assume that is what she also has. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Steve T. |
