For IE7 questions please see: In a newsreader: news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsof...plorer.general On the web: http://www.microsoft.com/communities...orer. general -- Frank Saunders, MS-MVP OE/WM http://www.fjsmjs.com Answer in newsgroup. Don't send mail. I had the same problem. After hours of rebuilding my PC etc I found that this was down to a seeting for your display. I had set the appearance to Large Icons and when you reboot your machine this affects the DVD/ CD Drive icons. To change this ICON setting you go to the desktop. Right click and go to properties, appearance TAB, Effects button and chnage the tick in the Large Icons settings. You must reboot your computer for the changes to be effective. Ps I have advised Microsoft of this hopefully this will be patched soon! |
