Default OE no longer fits screen

Now when I open OE it no longer fits the full screen. When the program is
open I now have about an inch from the top of my screen showing my desktop
underneath, OE filling only 3/4 of the total display. Any suggestions on how
to fix?

Default OE no longer fits screen

First, *close all other windows*. Now, grab the corners of the window and
drag it to full screen size. Close the window using File | Close, or File |
Exit depending what program you're in. Windows will remember the last screen
size used the next time you open the program.
