Default email whiting out

I am having the issue that when I read the first email everything is ok.
When I click on the next email the entire box goes blank and then comes back
normal showing the email. If I delete or just click any where else the same
thing happens. Can any one help me out, it is very annoying.
Thanks,
cg

Try clearing your Temporary Internet Files in IE and choose to delete all
offline content.

If that doesn't help, then make sure you don't have any antivirus software
set to scan email. See www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3
