I get this error: Outlook Express could not be started. The application was
unable to creat the font cache object. Your computer may be out of memory or your disk is full. Contact Microsoft support for further assistance. (0x8007000E, 14007) I have 2 GB RAM and over 60 GB available on my hard drive. When I click OK on the first message, I get this second message: Outlook Express could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be initialized. Outlook Express may not be installed correctly. I uninstalled and reinstalled OE. I uninstalled, ran Registry Mechanic, and reinstalled. I get the exact same messages every time. So I tried launching Outlook. I successfully imported my addresses and my rules, but the messages will not import. I have to point to the folder where they are, but they will not import. I get the message : "The mail folder could not be opened. If another application is using this file, please close it and try again." OE is not running, Messenger isn't running - in fact, I closed everything including Norton and I still get the same message. Any ideas? I am desperate to retreive the messages! |
