My computer is running Windows Server 2003 English Edition with default
setting in Regional and Langauge Options. That means everything is in English (US). In Outlook Express -- Options -- Spelling -- Langauge, it shoudl 'French (France)' only. What's wrong is it? How can I add English back? Thx. |
