Difficulty in creating new folders in Outlook Express
Hi
I am trying to create a sub-folder under my Inbox. This is something I have often done before. However when I click on "File" and "New Folder" etc the little hourglass appears for a couple of seconds and disappears, but no new folder is generated. I had the problem some days ago. Then a few days later I tried it and it worked!! Now it doesn't work again. Anybody any idea what's going on? I am using Outlook Express 6 and a newly down-loaded version of IE7, if that has any relevance. David Robinson
